3 Powerful Ways To Take Counsel With Yourself

Here are the three powerful ways to take counsel with yourself that I mention in this video. 

  1. Meditate – Set an intention before by asking a question to receive guidance in a certain area, and allow your wisdom to flow through during or after meditation. 
  2. Be Your Own Coach – Ask yourself questions out loud and answer yourself out loud addressing yourself by name.  Be amazed by your wisdom that pours through.  πŸ™‚
  3. Vibrate Like You Already Have It – Think about and speak about what you want like you already have it, and feel really good while doing so.  Then receive guidance on your next logical step to take by becoming a vibrational match to the thoughts that will take you there.  This is so much fun!

  1. These are great suggestions. I like to sometimes use a method that is a bit of a mix of all these.

    Meditate for a moment then visualize a knock at the door and it is your future self. They are living the life you are currently wishing you were experiencing and they took the time away from it all just for you and they come in and say “I heard you needed some expert guidance on something things so here I am. So whats on your mind?”

    And then just say whatever you are wanting clarity on and converse!

    I find it very easy and effective and fun
